Stand up paddle surfing and drinking tea

Stand up paddle surfers Adam Zervas (C4 Waterman rider) and Carl Coombes (Extreme Acadeamy) have both been doing their bit for charity by taking part in the Big Tea Cosy. Photographer, Geoff Tydeman snapped the surfers enjoying a cuppa to help promote Elizabeth Finn Care’s Big Tea Cosy: a fundraising event to be held during the month of May.

The Big Tea Cosy is about coming together over a cup of tea to raise money for people who are living in poverty. During May, hundreds of tea parties will be held up and down the country to highlight the isolation and loneliness that poverty can bring to a person’s life as well as raise money to help Elizabeth Finn Care continue its vital work.

Elizabeth Finn Care are encouraging people who are taking part in the Big Tea Cosy to photograph themselves having tea - the more unusual, wacky or extreme the location the better! All photographs will be published on Elizabeth Finn Care’s website. Everyone who sends in a photograph will receive a complimentary Elizabeth Finn Care mug; the person with the wackiest picture will receive a prize of a tea for two with celebrity patron, Lionel Blair!
