EKO SURF is currently putting on a free bootcamp on the weekends. The course instructor is a current Marine. The class is a great way to not only work out but to gain your confidence and improve your balance. If you are not in the Orange County, CA area we will be shooting youtube clips and posting as these are things you can do on your own as well. EKO Stand Up Paddle will be in the UK summer of 2012 and will be offering the classes there at that time.
